Templates/Media/Text/Elements/Grids not working

Hello! The left bar that usually shows the results of clicking on template, media, text, elements, or grid is not displaying. I've cleaned out the cached and cookies to see if that was the problem but it is still not working. Can you please help? It's been acting up for at least a week.

We're sorry for the delay. Have you installed any pop-blocker on your browser? If so, try disabling that and check if that helps. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference?

 

If that doesn't help, try disabling your installed firewall to check if that might be causing the issue. If it starts working, then try updating the firewall.
