Templates not Available

When I create a flyer and then I click on Templates in the sidebar, the templates are greyed-out and I'm unable to select them. I stayed on the Template section for about 10 minutes, hoping that I would be able to select/browse the templates, but they continued to be greyed out.

First and foremost please try the usual steps I take when something doesn't work the first time:
• Close the project and the window.
• Restart my browser.
• Reopen my project and try again.
 
Still having problems next I'll try:
• Deleting the specific cookies for Adobe Express -  https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647 
• Clearing the entire browser cache (which will mean signing in again to all websites - I know it's a big pain but it often works)  -  https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
• Testing another recommended browser e.g Edge, Firefox or Safari.
 
Doing all the boring testing stuff helps when it comes to reporting the problem here. If the problem still persists please come back with information about your operating system and the browswer you are using, or have tested, and someone can investigate further.
