Templates Not Going to Selected Libraries

I've tried a few times now (total of 8 times) to save a graphic as a template for my team to use to a newly created library, and I'm not seeing the template in that new library. I've tried putting it in a few existing libraries, and creating other new libraries, but for some reason, the only iteration I see is the original I created. I tried logging out and logging back in to no success. Anyone else experiencing this?
