Templates & Tools Not Working

Hi! For some reason, when I click on Templates and a few other options in the left hand toolbar, nothing happens. I am not able to access any templates or obtain any search results?? Thank you!

Sorry to hear about this.

 

What browser did you use? We recommend using Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or Safari.

Sometimes refreshing the page and clearing the caches and cookies may resolve the issue. You may also need to deactivate the browser extensions.

 

If the issue persists, can you share a screenshot of the left-hand toolbar?
