Templates won't download

I've created several social posts using templates in Express, but I'm unable to download them due to these errors. I either get the error that stock assets are no longer licensed (but it won't tell me which ones), or that assets failed to upload - I didn't even upload assets this is purely from a template that I was testing before wasting my time customizing it only to find I can't download the images. These are both from templates I used from Adobe Express. I'm a premium member with unlimited stock downloads.

Hi,

Thanks for the swift reply.

Video included of Chrome on Mac. Download button on templates takes you into artwork and doesn't download anything.

Using templates and DOWNLOAD button only takes me into the file. Then File > Download doesn't work at all.

Download button should always be visible in the same place even if action is impossible. Greyed out with explanation preferably.

Please confirm the type of project you're working on and the platform, too. Is it the mobile app (iOS/Android) or the desktop web app where you're facing this issue? Does the download button gray out for you for every project? Could you please share a screen recording of the workflow so we can get a better view of the issue?

Also, if you have any blank layers please try deleting them from the file. That will often solve this issue.
