they won't be selected and ive tried everything ive even logged out this is included in my subscription

Hello, have you tried on a different browser? It seems like one of the situations while there's an ongoing process in the background, so if you haven't tried, I'd try a different browser and if it doesn't change, going back to files and create a new one to check. Hope this helps!
