Terrible software

Hi, I am a premium member and wanted to make a simple flipping book with a pdf much smaller than you specify. nothing works! Now I have tried generating a simple image, trying to download it keeps saying not ready still working on it! For goodness sake, might as well stay with CANVA for what its worth!!
