Sorry to hear about that.

 

Does the text disappear after downloading the project or when you add it to it? What kind of font did you use? Is it one of the fonts available or your custom font? Is your project a video or an image?

 

Did you add the text using another browser or incognito mode? You can refresh the page before giving it another try.
