      With a new update in the Adobe Express webapp, the curve text feature is now available for use. Please check this 'Adobe Express Curved Text is back' to know more about it.

      It looks like circular text has been added to the Adobe Express Uservoice page for the most recent version. I'd recommend upvoting it and adding your comments there for the Adobe Express team to see:
