Text Box Display icon unneeded in Express

Below is an image, please notice red circle hightlighting text icon box. This box is recative and in doing so is actually extremely annoying, especially for thoes with sensory overload etc. Having it static would eliminate this issue. 

As well, just FYI, while I was writing this Bug issue, I noticed your Bug report box as well had an issue, when you add a photo into it, then continue go back to add text it has an error of which you cannot see what you type. Therefore you must add text, and then input img.
