Text Effects not working in Adobe Express

Text effects are not working in Adobe Express. It says, "Something is wrong" and does not generate an image. I have tried very simple prompts and it does not work. I have used both Safari and Firefox browsers and neither work.

 

It uses my credits and does not give me any images.
