Text Lost when opening a file

When I open a thumbnail, there is no text associated.

    Thank you for your message, and we're sorry for the issue and for not answering you earlier.

     

    We suggest to open the thumbnail only on AE. Is it happening with other projects? Did you see the text when you download it?

     

    We recommend closing the project and clearing your cache before opening a new page. It may be necessary to try with a different browser, such as Microsoft Edge or Safari. 

    Try a quick browser reset if a setting or extension is causing the issue.
