Text not loading

When I open any project on Adobe Express the text does not load. Eventually it quits trying to load and so there's no text on my projects. If I try and a new text box, I'm unable to edit the font or size. I have cleared my cache and tried Chome and Microsoft Edge. Please advise.

Also having this problem.
It won't load any other fonts in order to change as per your suggestion.

I've cleared the cache, I've tried other browsers, I've even tried other computers, and other operating systems. Still the same problem.

I've tried to recreate a document from scratch - exactly the same problem.

There's clearly a glitch in the system since moving over to the new(er) version of Express - making it completely and utterly unusable. I've literally had to resort to Canva!

Hello, I have cleared my cache and tried on a different browser but still nothing is showing up. Has a solution been found yet?

Thanks for your patience. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.

 

If you've recently installed any third-party plugins or extensions, try disabling it and see if that makes any difference.

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Could you please post the URL of your Express file from your browser's address bar when the file is open? This will let us check associated error logs, if any.
