We're sorry to hear about this. Is it possible for you to share the screen-recording of the issue you're seeing? Since when have you been seeing this issue? Did you recently make any changes to your browser? 

 

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and let us know if that helps.
