Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. As per your screenshot, I don't see a blue balloon or an exclamation mark on the left side. When you use the text, could you please let us know which Adobe Font did you use? Did you try the same with another project? 

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
