The AI clipping Clip maker project does not work, has been "clipping" for over 24 hours since upload of file.

Sorry Clip Maker isn't completing for you, let's figure out where it's getting stuck. I was able to get a 2 minute clip to work just now, so I definitely want to see what's going on with you!

A few things that'll help me narrow it down:

• When it fails, does it hang partway and never finish, or does it throw an error? If it hangs, roughly how far does it get before it stops?

• Is it every video you try, or only certain ones? If you run a short, simple clip (say 15 to 30 seconds, clear footage), does that one complete?

• Are you on the web app or the mobile app, and what browser/OS?

• Roughly when did this start, today, or has it been happening for a while?

If even a short, simple clip gets stuck, that tells me it's not the footage and it's something I'll take to the team.
