Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the Adobe Express mobile app.
  2. Select "Custom size" from the "Get started" menu.
  3. Enter custom dimensions (e.g., Width: 1200 px, Height: 1500 px).
  4. Tap the "Create new file" button.

The app should load the editing interface with a canvas set to the specified dimensions.

Actual Result

The screen turns completely white, and no editing tools or canvas elements appear.

    Hi @raviyadavv,

Thanks for reaching out! We’re sorry to hear about this. When I tried the same, the app is working fine for me. Could you please let us know the make and model of your device? Since when have you been seeing this issue?

Did you try restarting your device and reinstalling the app to check if that helps?

    Regards,

    Tarun

This is the mobile app version of Adobe Express. Recently, I tried clearing the cache and deleting all storage from the app, but the error still persists. I ended up completely uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it, which worked. However, I'm concerned that the issue might occur again in the future. Please address this error and work on a resolution.

    Regards,

    Ravi
