The download button is missing from Adobe Express. The download option in the "Share" menu also does not work. I've tried different browsers, restarting, logging out and back in and clearing my cache. Nothing has worked.

Hey @prudencezero, thanks for confirming those details!

This lines up with a known issue affecting users on enterprise networks with a VPN or firewall in place. Some workplace network configurations end up blocking a resource Adobe Express needs to load in order to activate the Download, Undo, and Redo buttons, which is why they disappear once the page finishes loading.

As a workaround, could you ask your IT team to allowlist this domain: design-assets.adobeprojectm.com? It would also be worth having them check Adobe's network endpoints reference, starting with "The minimal allowlist" and "Deployment and fulfillment services" sections under Identity and Sign-in Service, in case anything else is being blocked: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

Hi @prudencezero, could you please confirm whether you're connected to a home network or a workplace network? Also, let us know if you're using a VPN or if your device has an active firewall enabled.

Hi! I’m connected to a workplace network. (I’m not sure if this matters, but my Adobe CC account is an enterprise account.) Our network used GlobalProtect which I believe is a VPN. I’m not sure how to tell if a firewall is enabled.

Thank you for the screenshot- that's really clear and helpful. I can see the download button is missing entirely from the top toolbar where it should appear between the comments and Share button.

A couple of questions to help us investigate:

- What macOS version are you on? Or, if Windows, what version are you on?
- What version of the Adobe Express desktop app do you have? You can find this under the three dots menu (...) > About
- Does this happen with all projects, or just this specific template?

In the meantime, could you also share the project link with edit access via DM so we can try to reproduce it on our end?

- Make a duplicate of your project first
- Then click Share > Who has access > Anyone > Can edit
- Send the link to me via private message

Hello!

I’m using Windows 11 version 23H2
Under Adobe Express app info it says new.express.adobe.com (is that what you’re looking for?). I have a premium membership.
This is happening with all projects. When I open the app (or launch the browser version) the download button is there while the page is loading, but disappears once the page finishes loading.
