The Download option is missing from the Files menu.

I have Win 10 Pro. I'm using Opera, Chrome, Edge but I get the same problem.

I clear the browser's cache in all 3 browsers. Didn't help.

I rebooted my computer. Didn't help.

Nothing seems to recover the Download Button.

Hello @yaron_4467, welcome to the community and thank you for sharing the screenshot!

It looks like you're viewing the File menu from the "Your Stuff" section in Adobe Express, and that’s why the Download option is not appearing. This menu is for file management (renaming, moving, converting, etc.), but Download is only available when you're actively editing a project.

Here’s how to access the Download button:

  • Open your project by clicking on it from the "Your stuff" area.
  • Once the project editor loads, look in the top right corner of the editor — you should see the Download button there.
  • From there, you can choose the desired format (PNG, JPG, PDF, or MP4 depending on the file type).

If you're already in the editor and the Download button is still missing, let me know if that's the case, and I’ll help troubleshoot further.

Best,

Thanks for your reply.
I created a project from "My Stuff". I called it "Misc 2".
I added a file to this project and started to work on it.
1. don't see any download icon (or 3 dots) in the upper right corner.
2. More than that - when I change the picture, I don't see any "Done"
button to save my file.

I attached a print screen of what I did.
