None of your topics fit. This is a functionality problem. Images I placed from your library like a party hat, a ram, a desert have been randomly replaced with images from my personal library (a desktop, an onion, etc). logging out and back in did not work nor did refresh. It looks right in the Creative Cloud library but whacked out if I open it in Express and I wasn't done yet. If I try new assets, they look ok, but the ones I've already chosen are wrong (like they're linked to the wrong image). See printscreens:
