I have a redacted javascript memory heap dump and a network activity dump from Chrome for you to pass along to your devs. Both are approx 78mb text files. How would you like to receive them? I tried to paste them here, but it crashed the browser tab.

BTW I am using the most recent version of Chrome:

I have to say, as a premium user on the free trial, this experience does not give me confidence that the service will work when I need it.

I don't know if the console errors or the header captures indicate the cause of the problem. Just providing them in case they are helpful to you.

I'm talking about the issue described in this post. I saw that you liked one of my comments and had a moment to dig into it a bit further. (My profession is in enterprise web services)

Thanks for the logs. Could you confirm if this issue is a recent one; were you ever able to use the left popout menus?
