Hey @Grecu36459128m5dw,

Are you still having the same issue while using Adobe Express? Could you try once and check if this is the same on other recommended browsers as well (Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari)? You can also try in their private or incognito mode.

If possible, try switching to a different internet connection to see if the issue still persists.
