The share > schedule option is gone from both the browser and desktop application

There is no option to share or schedule to social media from the share dropdown anymore. It's available on my mobile app but not the desktop app or the browser version (It's whatever the newest version is, I just downloaded it today to test out if the issue was present on the desktop app), I tried on multiple devices and browser. When it starts to load it pops up for a second but then dissapears. Can also go into scheduler and upload from there, but not from the actual file.

As I mentioned in a previous reply, not only do we see the schedule to social media option anymore from the post design area, for some reason, it is not scheduling or posting now to X.  I've tried both in my regular browser - Google Chrome and Incognito.  Same issues in both areas.

I also access Adobe Express through my browser and I'm having the same issue.  I had to go back out into the Schedule screen and add from there. When I go to schedule a post for X it doesn't even show up in my schedule calendar, either.

I regularly use the Content Scheduler in Adobe Express to post on FB, Insta, and TikTok. But for the past few days, the button under "Share" has disappeared. The calendar icon is also just gone. Is it just me?

Hi

@Anna_Platzer2023

,

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Please try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference.

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV

If that doesn't help, can you share a screen recording of the issue to investigate further?

Regards,

Tarun

Hi @Tarun Saini,

Mine and my colleagues Content Schedulers have also disapeared. We've both tried clearing cache and cookies. We've also tried incognito mode and different browsers. I also had content that was scheduled to go out today which hasn't. When I try to navigate to the Schedule page on Adobe Express, I get redirected back to the home page and I can see a 404 request to https://spark-content-publish.adobe.io/contributors.
Also when I try to open my projects that have scheduler content inside I see a bunch of errors in my console such as "Creative cloud desktop is not available to support WAM connection".

Any help would be much appreciated!
