The video I created is refusing to play

The video plays fine when I first enter the site and everything seems to be working smoothly however I realized that our audio wasn't working so I went to unmute it (why it was muted I have no idea) but I discovered that the video refused to play videa and audio alike. The message it kept saying was "Project Loading" however after many attempts I can't seem to get it working.
