the video won't play properly without glitches

every time I try to edit a video (doesn't matter the video imported) the system glitches out and I cant properly pause the video and edit it without it not playing when I click play afterwards. very frustrating

    We're sorry to hear about the issue you're seeing. Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps.
