There is no media, there are no templates

No templates show in the sidebar, no media, just a white blank strip on the left side of the screen. 24h ago, the same thing. Adobe system status says all fine. It's not, as the new express adobe is currently useless. It happens on Brave and Chrome browsers. See the screenshot.
