There's no eyedropper tool when using contrast or accessibility checker

When using the accessibility checker or contrast checker I don’t see an eyedropper tool even though I can see it should be there in tutorials, and it’s mentioned in the description of the add ons. I have attached screenshots of what I’m seeing below.

I am using the web app on Firefox 154.0 using a Windows 10 PC.

Hi @practical_problemb4f9!  Thanks for flagging this and for sharing the screenshots.

The eyedropper isn't currently available directly within the Contrast/Accessibility Checker, so what you're seeing is expected behavior rather than an issue with your Firefox setup.

As a workaround, you can use the eyedropper in Express's color picker to sample a color and get its value, then use those color values in the contrast checker.

That said, having an eyedropper directly in the accessibility workflow would definitely make checking contrast much easier. I'd suggest submitting this as an Idea here: https://adobeexpress.uservoice.com/forums/951181-adobe-express so the product team can review and consider it for a future update.

    Thanks again!!

Thank you for the link! I’ll definitely submit this idea, I tried Microsoft edge and it does have an eyedropper tool within the checker so I think it might just be Firefox.

    Thanks again!
