Hello, I am making product images for my store. I want to create a template because it makes my job easier. But it gives this error. I restarted the computer and cleared cookies. I still couldn't solve the error. I'm waiting for your support. Thanks in advance, good day.

I have the same problem saving templates.

Unfortunately none of the points help.

Sorry for your difficulties. Are you still encountering this issue?

Could you please try these steps and see if they help:

Test in a few different browsers - Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari
Try clearing the browser cache - target=_blankhttps://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
Test in incognito/private browsing mode - target=_blankhttps://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464
Try creating a duplicate of the project and see if the error still occurs from there
