"This site can't be reached" error connecting to AE website

I'm unable to connect to the AE website, getting a "this site can't be reached" error. I've see some discussion about changing DNS settings, but would like to hear something "official" as to the cause and solution. I'm in Canada on the Rogers network, running Ventura on an M2 Mac Mini. Thanks for any insight.
