very very slow and there isnt an option to delete the video that is in the template

We're sorry to hear about this. Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue? Since when have you been seeing this issue? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference?
