To slow and things often crash on the app

When I open things on the app and it has lots of things on the design it crashes

    HI ​@Aetgh1715, thanks for reaching out!

    To understand what's causing this can you share which device you're using, the operating system version, and your installed Adobe Express app version (if on mobile)?

    If you’re on web let us know the browser youre working on. 

    We'd also like to know whether the app feels slow throughout or only while performing specific actions, such as editing, exporting, or using AI features.

    In the meantime, ensure you're using the latest version of the app and try switching to a stable WiFi connection if you're currently on mobile data. If you're using a VPN, workplace network, or have an active firewall, try disabling them temporarily to see if the behavior changes.

    Also, please share a screen recording of the issue along with the approximate project size and the type of content you're working with (videos, images, PDFs, etc.).

    That will help us investigate the issue further.
