translation error

I am trying to translate the information letter of my research from English to Turkish using the AI Translation tool. It has 3 pages and it succesfully translated the second and third pages, however for the first page I keep getting the error "unsafe content, some words violate our policy" without telling me which words. I read it again and again and there is no word that could violate the rules. Could you help me please? Thank you.

    Hi,

     

    I have the same error. Apperently some words violate the translation, but it doesn't say what words. What do i do?

      Hey @franciscus_4499, Welcome to our Adobe Express Community! Thanks for posting here. Can you let us know which language/script are you trying to work in? Are you using the Translate function in Adobe Express? Would it be possible for you to share what you're trying to input?

      Thanks for reporting this! Would it be possible for you to share the letter with us to investigate this? It helps us understand the issue and assets you better. You can share the screenshots for the pages. Also, as a workaround, can you try Google Translate for page 1 and then copy the Turkish script to the translated Adobe Express page?
