transparent background not working properly

when you select to remove the background/make transparent and you try and download the .png if there is any white inside the image outlines it keeps the white inside of the border..I am happy to email you a copy of what this new program is doing..it use to work perfectly in older version where you just selected to download with a transparent background

We're sorry to hear about this. Are you still seeing the issue? Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue you're seeing? Have you tried using the other browsers recommended (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Such issues can also be resolved by removing the cache and cookies from the browser.
