Transparent images previously uploaded to Express webpages are now showing up with white backgrounds.

The transparent images and logos previously uploaded to Express webpages are now showing up with white backgrounds.  These webpages have been published for months.  The issue happened once before on Jan 6th and was resolved.  Is this an ongoing issue and is it being looked at?

      Hi,

       

      Could you try adding ?safeMode=true at the end of your published webpage url?

      For example https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/IDk4K8LZlXWrC?safeMode=true

      Could you provide screen recording of the issue to assist the team in reproducing it.

       

      Take a screen recording and then upload it to Youtube or another platform and share the link. This would help a lot.

      This is the employee of the year graphic with a transparent background while editing the page.
      This is how it looks when i view it published.

      I’m experiencing this problem as well.  I can’t seem to find any answers.  I notice if I try to download the image, it’s now a jpg.  So it seems that it’s converting the original pngs to jpgs in the published view.
