I am working on a video, and the program is not loading images I've imported. They just stay gray.

Hi there,

We're sorry for the delay. Are you still experiencing the issue? If yes, please let us know the format of the image you're using. Have you tried using another image format or another image? What is the size of the image you're using?

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
