Unable Download Old / Non Converted Express Webpages to resolve Storage issues

I’m unable to Download Old / Unconverted webpages. I get the error converting issue on most of the files.

This means that I cant clear out the old files (approx 2GB each) to free up space for new files. 

** Please can the team add some temporary storage to my profile until this bug is resolved**

If the team cannot resolve the Download issue, can you please fix the print style sheet so that the webpages can just be printed (properly, with all the text and images) from the Browser.
