Unable to access elements or media in Adobe Express

For some reason, I am no longer able to access any of the elements, media, etc. that is on Adobe Express. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and am still having the same issue.

Sorry to hear you're running into this issue. Let’s try a few things that might help:

  1. Hard Refresh: If you’re on the web, press Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) to fully reload the page.

  2. Try Another Browser: See if the issue occurs in a different browser, like Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.

  3. Disable Extensions: Temporarily turn off browser extensions like ad blockers or privacy tools — they might be interfering.

  4. Check Connection: A stable internet connection is key — try switching networks if possible.

  5. Log Out & Back In: Sign out of your Adobe account and back in to refresh your session.

  6. Test Another Device: If you can, try using Adobe Express on another device to see if the problem continues.

I'm also currently working on a project and the design assets are not loading at all.

Same. Both on Chrome and Edge. Deleting cache and cookies didn't help either. I can't do anything but add text or generate a template.
