Unable to Access My Adobe Express Portfolio Website (404 Page Not Found)

Hi everyone, I need some help. I had a portfolio website on Adobe Express that was working fine up until about 18 days ago. Now, whenever I click on the link, I get a “404 Page Not Found” error. I’ve tried refreshing the page multiple times, but it still won’t load.

I’m not sure what happened because the site was working perfectly before, and now nobody (including me) can access it. I also tried checking on Adobe Express itself, but I still can’t figure out what’s going on.

Does anyone know why this might have happened or how I can fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello,

I’ve been having trouble accessing my portfolio for graphic design class, and I’ve heard some of my classmates are experiencing the same issue. I’m not sure if the portfolio has expired, but I can’t find any way to check the trash or recover it. The assignment was for the 2024–2025 school year, and while our class module has changed, I still can’t access my portfolio/website.  Is there any way to restore or regain access to it? I’d really appreciate your help with this. Thanks so much for looking into it!

(I had to take the https out cause Adobe won't let me reply with it new.express.adobe.com/webpage/JEctZdCgAmn2 )

Hi @Adisa36825152s1yj,

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry you’re running into trouble accessing your portfolio. Adobe Express projects don’t expire on their own, so you should still be able to access them unless they were manually deleted or tied to a school/organization account that has since changed permissions.

A couple of things you can check:

  1. Please ensure you're signing in using the correct Adobe ID and choosing the right profile.
  2. Did you check with your IT admins?
  3. If the portfolio was deleted, you can look in the Deleted (Trash) section of Express at https://adobe.ly/46j8gn6

Regards,

Tarun

Hey @Adisa36825152s1yj, Welcome to our Adobe Express community!

This shouldn't be happening. Can you please check if you can still access the project directly from within Adobe Express? Also, could you confirm whether you're the project owner or if it was a collaborative project?

If you can open it, try republishing the site with some minor changes to the project to see if that helps. If none of this helps, please share the project link with us so we can investigate this.

Thanks!
