Unable to build a Brand library

have been trying to put together a Brand library and it keeps wiping everything

We're sorry to hear about the issue you're having. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Did you recently install any third-party plugins or extensions? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and let us know how it goes.
