Unable to copy & paste text from Comments section

Unable to copy text from Express Comments section into my Express document > I WAS able to do this a few weeks ago. I just spoke to my boss, and she can't do it either. Wondering if more folks are experiencing this problem? I can copy and paste from Photoshop and Illustrator into Express, but NOT from the Express Comments section. Let me know if there's a fix! Thank you!!

P.S. Incognito mode did nothing to fix this either. 😞

Hi, So I had this EXACT problem in late August, and now, today I'm having this issue AGAIN. EXCEPT, this time, clearing my cache is doing absolutely nothing. I tried incognito...nothing. and I tried switching browsers. (From Safari to Chrome). Can you guys please help me (and the person below - Meike)??? This is VERY inconvenient and time-wasting.

Hello,

same problem over here - working with firefox and cleared the browser's cache and cookies, did restart the browser, but it still doesn't work.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
