Unable to create Brand and upload files in Express

Yes, I've tried multiple browsers and cleared my caches in each browser. Yes, the problem still persists. I'm unable to upload assets after creating a new brand. The page freezes and then I receive a message stating "A problem occurred. Your library has been refreshed". After this happens, the brand I've created then disappears.

You should probably start looking for a new job - if Adobe cares this little about their customers, I don't want to imagine how much they care about their employees. Good luck.

We're sorry for your experience with the new Express version. Are you still experiencing the issue? If yes, 

have you tried on incognito mode to see if it makes a difference? Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
