unable to downlaod

I am having the same issue after clearing cache and duplicating the project. Please advise we have been trying to download a video since yesterday

I'm assuming you're trying to download this to your desktop. If you've not tried yet, you can clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest version using a different browser or incognito mode. If this doesn't work, duplicate your project and retry downloading it.
