I have cleared cache and cookies, signed out and back in, and am still encountering an error after download progress reaches 20%

Do you encounter this every time you download a project? Does it happen with all project types or any specific one? Have you tried working on a different recommended browser or switching to different internet connectivity to check if that makes any difference?
