Unable to download

The file "Flyer - Produce Sampling Workshop v1" is unable to download. With the file open, when the download button is selected, it starts to process for a short amount of time and an error message appears stating: "Download failed An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again".

Thanks for your patience. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps.

 

Also, please ensure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/3VwMWnG are allowed.

 

If that doesn't help, please share the project URL and the Adobe IS you use to sign in to the app.
