When I try to download and print my flier, it says it cannot download due to paid content. I have a paid account through my school district.

      Hi,

       

      If you have an Education account, could you please try again now as we've recently deployed a fix (if you have a browser window open on Adobe Express, be sure to refresh it first)?

      This file was created in the new version. I tried to print a file that was created in the former version too, and it also has the same error message.

      Hi,

       

      Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Was the file originally created in the previous version of Express (express.adobe.com) and coverted over, or in the new one (new.express.adobe.com)?
