unable to download

Every time I try to download, an error message appears. I've checked online and cleared the history, cookies and cache, but still having issues. I have a paid subscription so should be able to download.

Some users are experiencing it and some don't... just check the following
One frequent culprit is Express files with many hundreds of assets; in that case, the best workaround is to split the video timeline across multiple pages, download them individually, then merge them together using the quick actions.
