Unable to Download any projects for the last few days

When trying to download any projects in any format (PNG or PDF) the download pop up shows up but stops at 89% or 90%. 

This is happening on the browser version, the Adobe Express app, as well as the Adobe Express (Beta) app and includes any and all projects no matter the size.
