Hey @default38556068e0m8ug, This shouldn't be happening. Please let us know what project you are working on and what file type you are trying to download the project. Have you tried using a different browser or clearing the browser's cache/cookies? Sometimes, unstable internet connectivity also causes such issues in the Adobe Express Web App.
