Unable to download assets on desktop & mobile

I'm working on the latest version of Adobe Expresss. I've been trying to download my content that I created and can't. I keep getting the message "We've encountered a problem, try refreshing or return to home". I have the same problem on the desktop. Working on on IPhone and MacBook Pro.

Hi, the issue is with all formats and all projects.
