Unable to download file

It doesn't let me download my file even though it has finished saving. It tells me that a file is uploading but it has been stuck there for a while.

Sorry for the issue and for not answering earlier.

What type of file did you try to download(video, picture)? Is it happening with other files? Did you see an error message?

Here are some workaround that might help:

Try downloading from another browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Safari or Chrome
Test in incognito or privacy mode. Here are instructions for Chrome
Clearing the cache/cookies from the browser also resolves the maximum number of such issues.

If the issue persists, can you share a screenshot?
